BackTier Field Studies
Market-specific strategy teardowns: the competitive thesis, the standard advice we reject and why, the execution surfaces in order, and a provenance block on every load-bearing claim.
What a field study is, and is not
A field study is a competitive argument written against one market, in six fixed parts: the thesis, the advice we reject, the model, the execution surfaces in order, the measurement lanes, and a provenance block tagging every load-bearing statement as fact or inference with its source and confidence.
It is not a case study and carries no client outcome figures. Subjects are published as specimens with placeholder names and locations unless a client has given written permission to be named. Our measurement evidence lives separately, at /results/evidence, and the tagging rules at /provenance-standard.

Local discovery strategy
A strategy teardown for a solo counseling practice: why the map, not the national organic SERP, is the winnable surface, which two pieces of standard advice we reject, and how the practice name is made the retrieval object instead of the practitioner's name.
